This role involves managing software teams and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.\nYOUR IMPACT\nTakes guidance and work direction from Manager.\nCreate and maintain project documentation for project planning, requirements analysis, risk management, issues management, status reporting, project communication, and quality assurance.\nCoordinate and manage internal and external resource to accomplish program objectives, including change management.\nPlans and directs medium to large projects to completion.\nManages project scope, cost, timeline, integrated schedules, EVM (cost, schedule and materials) and risk assessment.\nAccepts and delegates authority, established priorities for work delegated to others.\nMonitor product quality and process control and suggest improvements as needed.\nCoordinate communication between internal engineering teams and team members as needed.\nPrepare and present program status/issues to internal and customers.\nIdentify and coordinate all project scope change requests for approval.\nParticipate in project proposal writing efforts as needed.\nEnsure compliance with internal policies, quality standards, and applicable regulations (e.g., ISO, IATF 16949, FAR/DFARS) and support internal/external audits.\nDrive process improvements using Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies. \nMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS\nBachelor’s degree in related field\n4 plus years related work experience\nSTANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS\nPMP Certification\nStrong verbal presentation and written communication skills\nExcellent time management and organizational skills\nExperience in government or defense contracting; familiarity with FAR/DFARS. \nProficient with Smartsheet, Primavera P6, Jira, Confluence, and other Atlassian tools. \nStrong Excel skills (pivot tables, macros, VBA) and reporting experience with Power BI or Tableau. \nKnowledge of SDLC, Agile/SCRUM, ECNs, and phase gate processes. \nUnderstanding of Lean, Six Sigma, or CMMI frameworks. \nProficiency in Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), SharePoint. \nExperience managing software development projects related to imbedded controller and/or Display development \nPay Range:\n$82,900.00 - $134,300.00The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's experience, education and skills, as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
