Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure scalable, stable, and repeatable ERP infrastructure solutions that support business and stakeholder requirements.\nYOUR IMPACT:\nThese duties are not meant to be all-inclusive and other duties may be assigned:\nServe as a role model in customer and IT colleague communication, delivering JD Edwards CNC solutions in a timely and effective manner.\nUtilize ITIL methodology and ticketing systems to manage incidents, changes, problems, and service requests within JDE environments.\nInstall, configure, and maintain JD Edwards EnterpriseOne environments including ESUs, ASUs, Tools Releases, and application upgrades.\nManage and support CNC activities including package builds, deployments, security administration, and environment refreshes.\nPartner with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to support business requirements through stable and optimized JDE environments.\nPerform system monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning across JDE architecture including web, enterprise, and database servers.\nMaintain and support integrations including Application Interface Server (AIS), Orchestrator Studio, Business Services (BSSV), and interoperability frameworks.\nDevelop and maintain documentation, standards, and best practices for JDE CNC processes.\nEnsure high availability, disaster recovery, and backup strategies are in place and tested.\nSupport and maintain JDE security, user roles, and environment controls.\nLead CNC-related projects including upgrades, migrations, cloud initiatives, and environment redesigns.\nCollaborate with infrastructure, database, and network teams to ensure optimal system performance and reliability.\nServe as subject matter expert for JD Edwards CNC, supporting escalations and complex issue resolution.\nMentor team members on JDE CNC best practices and operational excellence.\nPartner with vendors and Oracle support for issue resolution, patching strategies, and system improvements.\nParticipate in capacity planning and long-term strategic roadmap for JDE environments.\nMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:\nFive (5) or more years of experience in the field or in a related area.\nExperience with JDE architecture, package management, security, server management, troubleshooting, performance tuning, integrations, and system lifecycle management.\nStrong skills in documentation, communication, stakeholder alignment, problem solving, and cross-team collaboration.\nSTANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS:\nBachelors degree in Information Technology or related field\nStrong time-management and prioritization skills, able to multi-task and prioritize competing requirements and meet deadlines.\nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment where requirements are constantly changing.\nExperience and proficiency with various web-based software applications including Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.\nWORKING CONDITIONS:\nWorking Hours: Our team operates 24/7 due to the nature of the digital technology work we support.
