This role communicates status, risk and risk mitigation plans, and acts as a liaison between Key Project Members and technical teams. The role ensures that there is adequate information to build new systems effectively and turn functional designs into stable and reliable information technology systems. The role is also responsible for ensuring production applications are operating at an optimal level and meets the daily expectation of the business.\nYOUR IMPACT\nThese duties are not meant to be all-inclusive and other duties may be assigned.\nOversees the preparation and installation of solutions by determining and designing system specifications, standards, and programming.\nProvide support for the business day-to-day production by responding promptly and professionally to all production incidents.\nFix applications through SIT, UAT, and post project implementation.\nMentor and coach others on troubleshooting techniques and technical inquiries.\nBuild technical designs that meet Technical Architect direction of development standards.\nDetermine operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions.\nGuide development teams through development life cycles to ensure project success within expected scope, budget, and timeline.\nDocument and protect solutions by developing confidential flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments, and clear code.\nMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent.\nSeven (7) or more years of experience in Software Development, Information Technology, or in a related area.\nSTANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS:\nThree (3) or more years of experience working with Infor XA or Infor Cloudsuite Industrial (CSI) ERP applications.\nExperience with RPG programming (RPG III, RPG IV, RPGLE, or Free-Form RPG) in an IBM i (AS/400) environment.\nOne (1) or more years of prior lead experience.\nFamiliarity with a formal project methodology or Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) (Waterfall, Agile, etc.).\nSQL database query skills\nKnowledge on Infor IDF architecture a big plus\nExperience using Power link, Net Link, System Link and ION integration tool preferable.\nExperience working with appropriate programming languages, operating systems, and software.\nUnderstanding for object-oriented programming and software development.\nExperience in information system implementation or change efforts.\nExperience working with software design principals.\nAbility to develop based on provided functional specifications.\nComputer analytic and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent organizational skills and ability to communicate with internal/external entities.\nExperience and proficiency with various web-based software applications including Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.\n#LI-AG1\nPay Range:\n$0.00 - $0.00The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations.
