This role will identify and document incoming and outgoing materials. The objective of this role is to ensure customers having their materials processed and shipped according to schedule.\nESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: \nThese duties are not meant to be all-inclusive and other duties may be assigned.\nPick, package and ship items in a manner to prevent damage in transit.\n\nReport and communicate shipment statuses with management.\n\nPerform safety inspections and internal audits of parts, systems, and processes.\n\nIdentify and locate parts within the warehouse and branch facility; keep track of parts movement.\n\nCount inventory and ensure compliance with company standards.\n\nDevelop bills of lading and delivery forms.\n\nSort inbound and outbound material to proper fixture.\n\nPrepare picking fixtures in support of picking process.\n\nMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.\n\nMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:\nOne (1) or more years of general related work experience or High School Diploma/GED.\n\nPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:\nHigh School Diploma or its equivalent.\n\nKnowledge and ability to use Materials Requirements Planning (MRP).\n\nExperience working in a high-volume warehouse with automated systems.\n\nForklift Certification.\n\nWORKING CONDITIONS: \nPhysical Demands: Frequent Standing, Reaching, Driving, Hearing, Visual, Fine Dexterity, Manual Dexterity, Lifting/Carrying up to 35lbs.; Occasional Walking/Running, Sitting, Climbing, Bending/Kneeling, Talking, Typing, and Pushing/Pulling up to 50lbs.\n\nNon-Physical Demands: Occasional Analysis/Reasoning, Communication/Interpretation, Math/Mental Computation; Seldom Reading, Sustained Mental Activity (i.e., auditing, problem solving, grant writing, composing reports, etc.), and Writing.\n\nEnvironmental Demands: Frequent Work Alone, Tedious/Exacting Work; Occasional Loud Noises; Seldom Tedious/Exacting Work.\n\nWork Schedule: Routine shift hours.
