This position will lead the team in the equipment diagnosis and repairs, directing and assisting Assemblers to further their knowledge and understanding of troubleshooting and equipment maintenance.\nYOUR IMPACT\nThese duties are not meant to be all-inclusive and other duties may be assigned:\nCompletion of activity-based repairs and service requirements as delineated on sales change orders. \nInstall various equipment accessories (decals, mud flaps, cameras, lights)\nFollow verbal and written work instructions\nAttention to detail necessary to adhere to quality standards\nMaintain a safe and clean work environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations\nMust have basic knowledge of DC electricity and hydraulics, including basic print understanding\nMust have basic computer skills and be able to use an iPad or laptop to input findings guided by user friendly programs.\nBasic understanding and usage of tools such as Multimeter, pressure tester and analyzer.\nMust be able to learn to drive and use a forklift\nMust be able to lift the safe and permissible weight.\nMust be able to withstand standing all day and walking long distances\nMust be able to stoop and work at low positions\nAid in maintaining inventory accuracy through data entry \nMust be able to work overtime and/or 7 days a week\nRegular attendance required\nAll other duties and responsibilities that are assigned\nMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS\n1 year of basic experience with hydraulics, electrical, gas and diesel systems.\nStrong math skills and basic mechanical aptitude.\nAbility and willingness to work overtime as needed, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet business and production demands.\nMaintain regular and reliable attendance, in-person and on-site.\nHigh School Diploma or GED\nSTANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS\nGood organizational and communication skills and multi-tasking capabilities.\nGood analytical skills and ability to troubleshoot\nPositive and teamwork attitude\nWilling to always evaluate options to make things better and safer\nContinuous improvement mentality and always willing to learn\nWORKING CONDITIONS\nThe following represents general working conditions for this role.
