In this role you will work on a variety of key projects and initiatives ranging from simple tasks to more complex analytical projects.\nYOUR IMPACT\nThese duties are not meant to be all-inclusive and other duties may be assigned:\nWork with Product Management team in Product Definition Development and help translate VoC/market intelligence into evidence supported attributes.\nWork with the Product Management team to analyze market informed VoC data, “Jobs to be Done” and identify trends that may enhance offerings.\nDevelop/ Demonstrate strong verbal, written, presentation competencies\nEnsure system updates/product configurations are completed and aligned with customer facing documentation, update as needed\nStructure and Evaluate Market Data, Competitive Comparison Data, Take Rates, Options, to inform project priorities, etc.\nShadow Product Specialist/Managers during activities such as meeting setup, meeting minutes, and key takeaways\nLearn more about Consolidating & Analyzing Secondary Market Data and Competitive Data.\nConsolidate & Analyze Competitive Data.\nParticipate in year-end Intern Expo.\nMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS\nStudent working towards a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field\nCumulative GPA of 3.0 or above.\nSTANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS\nGood oral and written communication skills.\nPrevious experience or heightened interest in mechanical design.\nExperience in extracurricular activities outside academic requirements..\nKnowledge of construction or agriculture industry, equipment used, and affiliated organizations (eg SAE, ASABE).\nPassion for using data, user research, and market metrics to define the \"why\" behind a product.\nWORKING CONDITIONS\nThe following represents general working conditions for this office-based role.
