The successful candidate will spend time rotating through job functions in various departments including Inside Sales, Field Aftermarket and Whole goods sales, Marketing, Finance, Purchasing, and Manufacturing. The role will involve 50% travel to visit and build relationships with customers.\nYOUR IMPACT\nThese duties are not meant to be all-inclusive and other duties may be assigned.\nUnderstand and learn all areas of JLG sales team through a rotational program.\nWork with the inside sales team to enter orders, and field customer calls.\nAct as an inter-department liaison coordinating essential company activities on behalf of the sales team.\nPartner with sales team members to ensure alignment on customer and regional needs or trends.\nPartner with sales representatives to enter customer information and configure machines that meet customer’s current and future demands.\nAnalyze regional sales and order book entries to provide credible input for the forecasting process.\nHandle certain administrative tasks as assigned.\nMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS\nBachelors degree in business or a related field\nAbility to travel 50-70%\nSTANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS\nExperience in a manufacturing industry.\nAbility to work independently and within a team structured environment.\nStrong verbal and written communication skills.\nProficiency with various web-based software applications including Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.\nStrong customer focus and effective use of a consultative approach.\nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment where requirements are constantly changing.\nLocated close to a major airport\nWORKING CONDITIONS\nThe following represents general working conditions for this role.
