This person will design, build, and execute automated test solutions across web and API layers, while also contributing hands-on to manual testing activities and AI-driven test automation research.\n\nThis is a hands-on delivery role that suits someone with strong automation engineering fundamentals, solid manual testing discipline, and a genuine interest in applying AI to make testing faster and smarter, while working effectively both independently and as part of a team.\n\nResponsibilities : \n\n- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium and Playwright for web and API testing.\n\n- Write and maintain automation code in Python, Java, or TypeScript, following clean, maintainable coding practices.\n\n- Apply strong understanding of automation frameworks, locator strategies, test design techniques, and debugging to build reliable, low-maintenance test suites.\n\n- Review and understand test plans, perform test design, execute manual test cases, and report defects clearly and thoroughly.\n\n- Communicate test status, risks, and issues clearly to stakeholders.\n\n- Operate effectively both as an independent contributor and as part of a collaborative QA team.\n\n- Participate fully in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) and deliver testing work within sprint timelines.\n\n- Contribute to AI based research and proof-of-concept development across Selenium, Playwright, Python, and Postman.\n\n- Explore AI-driven test generation, self-healing automation, and intelligent failure analysis techniques.\n\n- Work with the team to integrate AI solutions into existing automation frameworks.\n\nRequired Skills : \n\n- 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in test automation using Selenium and Playwright.\n\n- Strong manual testing experience, including test plan interpretation, test design, test execution, and defect reporting.\n\n- Experience working in Agile development environments.\n\n- Strong with automation frameworks such as Selenium, Playwright.\n\n- Strong scripting skills in Python, Java, or TypeScript.\n\n- API and UI automation, regression, and in-sprint testing.\n\n- Good understanding of automation frameworks, locator strategies, test design, and debugging techniques.\n\n- Ability to build and maintain reusable, scalable automation scripts.\n\n- Contribute to AI based research and POC development across Selenium, Playwright, Python, and Postman.\n\n- Familiarity with AI-driven test generation, self-healing automation, and intelligent failure analysis.\n\n- Comfortable exploring new tools and integrating AI-based solutions into existing automation frameworks.\n\n- Strong verbal and written communication skills.\n\n- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.\n\n- Experience with API testing tools such as Postman or Rest Assured.\n\n- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and Git-based version control workflows.\n\n- Prior exposure to AI or GenAI based testing tools.\n\nWe Are Not Looking For Someone Who : \n\n- Has only manual testing experience with no hands-on automation exposure.\n\n- Is not willing to work from the office.\n\n- Is unwilling to
