You will turn real customer needs into engaging and practical learning experiences that help individuals, teams and organizations build enduring OSINT capability.\nYour core responsibilities will be to:\n· Deliver OSINT training independently, virtually and in person, to a consistently high standard.\n· Research, maintain and develop high-quality OSINT learning content.\n· Contribute to the design and development of online and blended learning.\nTraining & Tradecraft develops tool-agnostic investigative capability. Our mission is to build unified intelligence and investigation capabilities that enable partners to protect and advance global security.\nResponsibilities\n· Deliver OSINT Combine’s OSINT training offerings independently, virtually and in person, to a consistently high standard.\n· Design and develop new training programs in collaboration with the Head of Training and other subject-matter experts.\n· Support the creation of engaging e-learning, video and gamified content.\n· Provide practical OSINT tradecraft advice to customers and the wider OSINT community, including delivering webinars, authoring blog content and otherwise contributing to thought leadership.\n· Travel domestically and internationally as required, including occasional travel or work outside regular business hours.\n· Support related business needs and team projects as they arise.\nQualifications and skills\n Required:\n· At least three years of hands-on professional OSINT experience, with a strong grasp of core OSINT techniques, methods and workflows.\n· Proven experience delivering training or public speaking, virtually and face-to-face, with the ability to deliver multi-day courses independently, manage classroom dynamics and respond to unexpected challenges.\n· Outstanding communication and presentation skills.\n· Demonstrated ability to translate complex concepts into engaging, high-quality and practical learning.\n· Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines.\n· A customer-focused mindset with a track record of building trust and credibility.\n· Excellent writing skills and strong analytical and problem-solving ability.\n· The ability to collaborate effectively and build strong working relationships across teams.\n· A commitment to OSINT Combine’s mission and values\n· Ability to obtain Security Clearance (e.g. Confidential, Secret, Top Secret) - ideal if already actively holding\nPreferred:\n· At least five years of experience as an intelligence professional in a military, government or law enforcement setting.\n· Practical experience using either the Chinese or Russian internet for OSINT research.\n· Strong corporate and entity research tradecraft.\n· Hands-on experience with digital learning platforms, video production and the creation of engaging online learning experiences.\n· Experience using learner, supervisor or customer evidence to assess how training has been applied and improve future delivery.\nWork Environment + Benefits:\n· Base salary range: $100,000 -
