About The Role
Osmo is seeking a Packer to support fragrance production operations. In this role, you'll receive finished formulas, blend and repack products into final containers, label them, and prepare orders for shipment while maintaining quality and throughput.throughput.
What You'll Do:
Receive finished formulas from compounding and verify batch identity, quantities, and documentation
Blend and homogenize compounded materials in accordance with SOPs
Transfer bulk formulas into final bottles or containers accurately and efficiently
Apply labels, seals, lot codes, and packaging components per quality standards
Assemble kits or multi-unit orders as required
Package finished goods for shipment, ensuring order accuracy and proper protection
Stage completed orders for shipping and fulfillment handoff
Inspect finished products for defects, leaks, or labeling errors
Maintain clean and organized packaging workstations
Adhere to safety procedures, PPE requirements, and quality standards
Who You Are:
High school diploma or equivalent
21 years of age or older
Experience in manufacturing, packaging, or production environments preferred
Able to follow detailed work instructions, SOPs, and quality standards
Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
Able to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
Comfortable handling liquids, bottles, and packaging materials
Good communicator, works well as part of a production team
Reliable, efficient, and quality-focused
