We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Operations Plant Supervisor to lead frontline operations at one of our major water treatment facilities in WA. This is an opportunity to combine your technical expertise, leadership skills and commitment to safety in a role where you can make a genuine impact every day.\nAbout the Role\nAs the Operations Plant Supervisor, you will provide day-to-day leadership and support to Plant Operators and Service Technicians while remaining actively involved in plant operations and maintenance activities. This is not a desk-based management role. We are looking for a leader who enjoys being on the ground, supporting their team, solving problems and ensuring operational excellence.\nWorking closely with the Service & Operations Team Leader, Process Engineers, Contract Managers and clients, you will play a key role in ensuring plant performance, safety, compliance and client satisfaction are consistently achieved.\nKey Responsibilities\nLeading and mentoring plant operations teams to achieve outstanding safety and operational outcomes.\nCoordinating daily operational and maintenance activities to ensure contractual commitments are met.\nSupporting work planning, shutdowns and maintenance execution.\nMonitoring plant performance and working with engineering teams to optimise operations.\nBuilding strong relationships with clients and acting as the primary site operational contact.\nSupporting site rostering, workforce planning and leave management.\nDriving safety, quality and compliance initiatives across the site.\nAssisting with performance reporting, budgeting and continuous improvement activities.\nCoaching and developing team members to build capability and future talent. \nWA Based position.\nWhat You’ll Bring\nEssential\nMechanical, Electrical or other relevant trade qualification, and/or Certificate IV in Water Treatment.\nSignificant experience within commercial or industrial membrane water treatment, including reverse osmosis (RO) and desalination systems.\nStrong understanding of WHSE requirements and safe work practices.\nProven ability to lead and motivate operational teams.\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills.\nHigh level of initiative, organisation and attention to detail.\nAbility to work FIFO rosters and lead teams at remote operations sites. \nHighly Regarded\nMunicipal water treatment experience.\nFrontline Management qualifications.\nTrainer and Assessor qualifications.\nHigh-Risk licences.\nFirst Aid qualification.\nForklift, Telehandler or Overhead Gantry Crane licences.\nWhy Join Osmoflo?\nAt Osmoflo, you'll join a business that values innovation, collaboration and continuous improvement.
