support\nParticipate in client meetings and provide technical support to sales representatives.\nDevelop tailored, competitive technico-commercial solutions across a diverse range of water treatment technologies.\nDevelop concept designs, process solutions and supporting technical documentation.\nCollaborate with internal teams to refine process solutions, designs and budgetary pricing.\nSupport opportunity development and maintain customer engagement throughout the development phase.\nPrepare accurate, high-quality budget proposals aligned with customer needs.\nBids and proposals\nLead the development of technically sound and competitive bids.\nReview tender documentation, technical requirements, scopes of work and engineering specifications.\nRecommend bid strategies and work with cross-functional bid teams to develop effective process solutions.\nOversee the preparation of preliminary design documentation, including Basis of Design documents, RO projections, PFDs, P&IDs, general arrangements, equipment schedules and control lists.\nWork with Estimators to prepare supplier requests, review quotations and confirm compliance with technical and cost requirements.\nECI and rental solutions\nLead Early Contractor Involvement opportunities.\nDevelop process solution options, scopes of work and deliverables for ECI proposals.\nSupport the Rentals team in selecting appropriate process solutions using existing or new rental assets.\nMentoring and continuous improvement\nMentor junior engineers and provide constructive technical guidance.\nHelp develop and maintain design guidelines, principles and procedures.\nShare knowledge of emerging technologies, industry developments and process improvements.\nPromote collaborative problem-solving and continuous learning across the team.\nContribute technical expertise to the assessment and development of new products and
