Corporate Secretary Associate (SG)

What you'll do:
Handle the registration of all types of legal entities.
Manage officer changes, including appointments, resignations, removals, and updates to personal details.
Process alterations of capital and share transfers.
Assist with company strike-offs.
Prepare and process dividend declarations.
Oversee annual filings and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
Manage the redenomination of shares.
Draft director and member resolutions as required.
Who you are:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in corporate secretarial work.
Diploma holder with relevant experience, a degree holder, or a professional certificate holder in Chartered Secretary.
Fresh graduates with certifications in Accountancy, Business Administration, Business Management, or Finance are encouraged to apply.
ICSA membership is an added advantage.
Strong command of English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in technology with the ability to learn, adapt, and leverage digital tools.
Strong time management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to stay informed about organizational priorities.
Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and handle client interactions professionally.
A team player with the ability to work independently when required.
