Design & Technical Consultation\nManage all design and perspective drawings based on project owner requirements.\nPrepare Terms of Reference (TOR) and cost estimations.\nAct as a technical consultant throughout the project lifecycle until completion.\nConstruction Documentation & Compliance\nControl and manage construction drawings, permits, licenses, and related documents (e.g., agreements, manuals).\nEnsure all documentation complies with relevant standards and regulations.\nBuilding Inspection & Regulatory Compliance\nSupport building inspections and maintain office environments in compliance with EIA, Building Audit, and other regulations.\nAgency & Customer Coordination\nProvide layout plans and building-related information to rental agencies and customers upon request.\nFacilitate site visits and inspections for agencies or customers interested in rental areas.\nQualification:\nEducation & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Architecture\nMinimum 3 years of experience in building design, construction project coordination, or technical consulting.\nSkills & Competencies\nStrong knowledge of construction regulations, permits, and documentation standards.\nProficiency in AutoCAD or similar design software.\nExcellent coordination and communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.\nAbility to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.\nFamiliarity with EIA and building audit processes.\nOther Requirements\nDetail-oriented with strong organizational skills.\nAbility to work independently and as part of a
