policies and delegated authorities.\n\nSupervise and develop the Financial Planning & Control team, ensuring timely reporting, accurate financial analysis, and achievement of departmental objectives.\n\nRequirements\n8–9 years of relevant experience in financial planning, budgeting, financial control, or management accounting.\n\nAt least 3 years of experience in team supervision or leadership.\n\nStrong experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.\n\nBachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or Commerce.\n\nCMA, CFA, FMVA, ACCA, or an equivalent professional qualification is an advantage.\n\nAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience working with ERP systems.\n\nProven ability to analyze financial data and provide actionable business recommendations.\n\nStrong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.\n\nAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills and financial modeling capabilities.\n\nERP systems experience is a must.\n\nStrong knowledge of cost control, management reporting, and financial performance analysis.\n\nExperience in budgeting and financial reporting modules is
