Обязанности:

  • Работать с большими продуктовыми и партнёрскими датасетами, формируя единую отчётность по программам лояльности и промо;
  • Проектировать и проводить нестандартные и долгосрочные эксперименты, включая: holdout-группы, квази-экспериментальные подходы;
  • Участвовать в развитии методологии: ускорение оценки экспериментов, интерпретации long-term эффектов;
  • Поддерживать и актуализировать действующие дэшборды и витрины;
  • Помогать продукту понимать, что реально работает, а что - нет, и почему.
Требования:
  • 2+ лет в продуктовой / дата-аналитике;
  • Уверенное владение SQL и Python, желание применять их на практике;
  • Навыки построения ETL-процессов (DBT, Airflow);
  • Опыт работы с A/B-тестами и экспериментами;
  • Понимание продуктовых метрик и воронок;
  • Аккуратность к данным и методологии;
  • Готовность разбираться в сложных, неочевидных эффектах.
