We collaborate closely with global stakeholders and business leaders to ensure operational excellence, data accuracy, and high-quality HR service delivery across regions. \n\nResponsibilities and impact:\nWe are seeking to identify a detail-oriented and skilled HR Operations Associate to join our team as an Apprentice (Intern). This role will involve managing day-to-day HR processes, ensuring smooth payroll execution, and providing support to employees across the employee lifecycle. \n\nKey Responsibilities\nManage and maintain accurate employee data in HR systems, ensuring consistency and integrity across all records.\nSupport end-to-end payroll processes: gathering inputs, validating data, coordinating with payroll vendors/finance, and ensuring timely payroll delivery.\nHandle employee queries related to payroll, leave balances, benefits, HR letters, and other operational matters.\nAssist in HR operations including onboarding, employee documentation, HRIS updates, and exit formalities.\nEnsure HR processes are compliant with company policies and statutory requirements at a transactional level.\nPrepare and maintain HR reports, dashboards, and trackers using advanced Excel and other HR data tools.\nCollaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of HR programs and operations.\nProvide general administrative and operational support to the HR team as required. \n\nWhat we’re looking for:\nFresh graduate or MBA (2023-2025)\nAdvanced Excel skills for data manipulation, reporting, and visualization.\nExcellent communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to manage tasks independently while working in a collaborative team environment.\n\nThe location: Gurgaon,India\n\nOur Benefits: Global vision, local impact\nAt OSTTRA, our benefits philosophy offers a market-competitive package that reflects our position as an industry leader.
