As a collaborative and fast-paced team, we partner closely with business leaders and hiring managers across regions to deliver a seamless candidate experience and strategic hiring outcomes.\nResponsibilities and impact:\nAssist Talent Acquisition Specialists with candidate sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews across various departments.\nMaintain and update candidate records within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring high data accuracy.\nProvide an exceptional candidate experience by serving as a responsive point of contact throughout the recruitment lifecycle.\nHelp execute early-career recruitment initiatives, campus outreach, and employer branding events.\nSupport recruiting metrics reporting and research industry trends to optimize talent acquisition processes.\nGain hands-on exposure to global hiring practices, talent pipelines, and cross-functional HR operations.\nWhat we’re looking for\nFundamental requirements:\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent foundational education in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
