等编程语言，对编程有兴趣，有一定的编程基础者优先。\n2.具备一定的算法和数据结构基础，愿意深入学习相关知识。\n3.对机器学习有浓厚兴趣，了解 xgboost、tensorflow/pytorch 等主流机器学习框架者更佳，愿意学习 NLP 常见算法模型。\n4.拥有良好的逻辑思维能力，具备基本的分析和解决问题的能力。\n5.对搜索、推荐、广告方向有兴趣，有相关学习经历或项目经验者优先，具备一定的数据敏感度。\n6.保证每周至少 5 天的实习时间，实习时长不少于 3
