/ Responsibilities\n1. 产品规划与路线图\n深入理解药物研发业务流程和平台使用者的真实工作方式，识别高频痛点和高价值场景。\n制定并维护平台各模块的产品路线图，明确阶段目标、范围边界和取舍逻辑。\n在业务诉求、技术可行性和研发资源之间做优先级决策，并能清晰解释决策依据。\n建立统一的需求池和优先级机制，避免需求以口头方式直接进入研发排期。\n2. 需求管理与产品设计\n独立完成需求调研、需求拆解和 PRD 撰写，输出明确的功能定义、业务规则、边界条件和异常处理。\n独立产出交互稿与原型（Figma、Axure 或同类工具），能够用原型驱动需求评审和方案对齐。\n将需求拆解到可开发的颗粒度，明确验收标准，保证开发准备度（development readiness）。\n沉淀产品文档、设计规范和决策记录，保持需求历史可追溯。\n3. 研发协同与排期管理\n与 Data Scientist、Fullstack（前端 / 后端）、QA / 运维及外包团队协作，组织需求评审、技术方案讨论和排期评估。\n制定版本计划和迭代节奏，管理跨模块依赖、关键路径和风险，提前预警而不是事后补救。\n与技术团队就实现方案进行有效沟通：能理解技术约束、判断方案取舍和工作量合理性，并在必要时主动调整需求范围。\n协调内部与外包资源的任务分配，明确模块 Owner 和交付责任边界。\n4. 交付跟踪与验收\n跟踪迭代进展，维护交付看板，及时暴露阻塞和延期风险。\n组织原型验收、功能验收和发布评审，把控交付质量与体验一致性。\n与 QA / 运维协作，明确测试覆盖、发布检查清单和上线流程。\n建立上线后的问题反馈与快速修复闭环。\n5. 数据驱动的产品迭代\n设计并落实关键使用指标与埋点方案，跟踪功能使用率、留存、任务完成率和用户路径。\n基于真实使用数据和用户反馈评估功能价值，主动下线或重构低价值功能。\n用数据验证效率改善，而不是预设未经验证的提升幅度。\n定期做迭代复盘，沉淀返工原因和流程改进项。\n6. 跨部门沟通与推广\n作为平台与各 BU、研发团队之间的接口，收集需求、同步进展、管理预期。\n组织用户培训、使用文档和内部推广，推动平台能力在真实项目中落地。\n支持面向管理层的进展汇报和面向外部合作项目的产品说明。\n任职要求 / Requirements\n本科及以上学历，计算机科学、软件工程、数据科学、统计学、信息管理与信息系统、生物信息学 / 计算生物学、生物医学工程或相关专业。\n我们看重的是可迁移的技术判断力：无论专业背景如何，需要能读懂技术方案、理解数据与系统边界。纯实验类背景且缺少计算、数据或产品实践经历的候选人，与本岗位匹配度较低。\n3 年以上互联网、SaaS 或 ToB 产品经理经验，有完整的从 0 到 1 产品或核心模块从需求到上线的独立负责经历。\n具备独立产品设计能力：能独立完成需求分析、PRD 撰写、交互设计和原型绘制，不需要研发或设计补位。\n具备成熟的互联网产研思维：熟悉需求池管理、优先级排序、版本计划、敏捷迭代、灰度发布、数据埋点和迭代复盘的完整闭环。\n懂技术，能与开发高效沟通：理解 API、数据库、前后端分工、异步任务、容器化部署、发布流程等基本技术概念，能判断技术方案的可行性与工作量合理性，能主动组织并参与技术方案讨论。\n具备研发工作的协调与安排能力：能做排期、管依赖、拆任务、控风险，协同内部与外包多角色并行交付。\n具备数据分析能力，能独立完成指标定义、数据取用和结论输出。\n优秀的书面与口头沟通能力，文档清晰、结构化，能向不同角色讲清同一件事。\n具备较强的责任心和推动力，能在需求模糊、资源有限的环境中把事情推到落地。\n加分项\n具有 AIDD（AI 驱动药物研发）、生物医药、生命科学或科研工具类产品经验。\n具有 AI / 大模型类产品经验，理解模型能力边界对产品设计的约束。\n具有平台型、工具型或开发者产品经验，熟悉面向专业用户的产品设计逻辑。\n有实际编码或数据分析经历，或有研发 / 数据科学转产品的职业路径。\n熟悉 Scrum / Kanban
