Bragg. Ensure compliance with all contractual requirements and serve as the primary point of contact between the Contractor and the Government. The PM will be responsible for the successful execution, coordination, and performance of all work performed under the contract.\nPosition contingent upon contract award.\nKey Responsibilities\nServe as the Contractor’s designated Project Manager responsible for overall contract performance. \nAct as the primary liaison between the Contractor and the Government Contracting Officer Representative (COR). \nExercise full authority on all matters relating to daily operations and personnel management. \nEnsure all work is completed in accordance with contract requirements, safety regulations, and quality standards. \nCoordinate scheduling, staffing, project execution, reporting, and operational activities. \nMonitor compliance with OSHA, environmental, safety, and health regulations. \nConduct routine inspections and maintain documentation related to project activities and compliance. \nLead meetings, prepare status reports, and communicate project updates to stakeholders. \nSupport emergency response coordination and hazardous operations as needed. \nMaintain a safe working environment and enforce all safety protocols. \nMinimum Qualifications & Certifications\nThe Project Manager must possess the following qualifications and certifications:\nRequired Certifications\nOccupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) 40-Hour Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response (HAZWOPER) certification in accordance with 29 CFR 1910.120(e)(8) \nOSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety and Health certification in accordance with 29 CFR Part 1926 \nQualified to wear Respiratory Protection per 29 CFR 1910.134 \nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience managing Government or Federal contracts \nBackground in environmental remediation, hazardous waste operations, construction management, or industrial services \nExperience with safety audits, inspections, and compliance reporting \nPMP Certification or equivalent project management training preferred \nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software \nAdditional Requirements\nActive participation in a Medical Surveillance Program \nValid U.S. Driver’s License \nStrong understanding of federal safety regulations and contract compliance \nExcellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills \nAbility to manage multiple priorities and supervise field personnel effectively \nPhysical & Work Environment Requirements\nAbility to work in both office and field environments \nAbility to work in potentially hazardous or industrial environments \nOccasional lifting, walking, and outdoor work may be required\nDisclaimer\nThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this classification.
