$145,000 annually with annual incentive (bonus) based on meeting key performance indicators\nFull-Time/Part Time: Full-Time\nPrimary Responsibilities Include:\nLead Antietam Broadband’s day-to-day market presence and business activities throughout Carroll County.\nDrive residential and business customer growth, penetration, and targeted P&L revenue performance across the market.\nDevelop and execute local strategies to increase awareness and adoption of Antietam Broadband's fiber services.\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with local government officials, municipalities, HOAs, businesses, community organizations, and other key stakeholders.\nRepresent Antietam Broadband at community meetings, business events, Chamber activities, and other local organizations and events.\nServe as a visible brand ambassador for Antietam Broadband and reinforce our commitment to being a trusted local provider.\nPartner closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Construction, and Customer Experience teams to ensure successful market expansion and customer acquisition.\nCoordinate market-level activities associated with fiber construction, service availability, customer installations, and service delivery.\nIdentify opportunities to expand Antietam Broadband's presence within neighborhoods, HOAs, businesses, and communities.\nMonitor market performance, competitive activity, customer feedback, sales results, and other key performance indicators.\nProvide senior leadership with regular updates on market performance, opportunities, risks, competitive developments, and community activity.\nHelp remove barriers that could impact customer acquisition, installations, construction, or the overall customer experience.\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.\nDegree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Technology, or a related field is preferred.\nStrong knowledge of Carroll County, or a similar type of market area, with a proven ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with local businesses, community & government leaders, and other necessary key stakeholders.\nProven P&L growth capabilities with demonstrated strong ability to drive local residential & business subscriber growth while also initiating new market developmental growth opportunities.\nStrong relationship-building, networking, and community engagement skills.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to represent Antietam Broadband professionally with customers, businesses, government officials, and community leaders.\nStrong business judgment with the ability to analyze market performance and identify opportunities for improvement.\nAbility to collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Operations, Construction, and Customer Experience.\nSelf-motivated with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.\nStrong organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills.\nAbility and willingness to learn new technologies and understand fiber broadband products and services.\nTelecommunications, broadband, fiber, technology, or related industry experience is preferred but not required.\nAbility to travel throughout Carroll County and occasionally to other company locations as needed.\nWhat Success Looks Like\nSuccess in this role will be measured by customer growth, market penetration, revenue performance, community engagement, strong local partnerships, and the overall customer experience.\nThe Market Manager will become the face of Antietam Broadband in Carroll County-building relationships, identifying growth opportunities, removing barriers, and helping ensure Antietam Broadband continues to earn the trust and business of the communities we serve.\nWhy Join Antietam Broadband?\nWhen you join Antietam Broadband, you’ll be part of an award-winning company and team.
