You will combine commercial indicators with NPS, mystery shopping and training data to highlight areas for improvement across the customer journey.\nWorking with cross-functional teams, you will translate findings into practical recommendations, track agreed actions and use available AI tools to support analysis and reporting.\nREQUIREMENTS\nYou hold a degree in Economics, Business, Statistics, Marketing, Management Engineering or a related field, ideally with a focus on business or customer analytics. You have 2-4 years of experience in customer insights, CRM analytics or omnichannel business analysis, preferably within fashion or luxury.\nYou can connect different data sources, interpret customer and retail KPIs and communicate clear business recommendations. You bring advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, practical experience with Power BI or similar tools, and a working knowledge of CRM systems and customer analytics platforms.\nYou can use AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude to support analysis and reporting and critically assess their outputs.
