It is present in more than 80 countries with 5,000 points of sale, including more than 400 company owned stores.\nFor one of the most relevant Stores in Diesel European network - Verona Store - we are now recruiting a new Client Advisor.\nYou\nAuthentic, passionate trusted client advisor: an intuitive sales associate with a passion for style.\nA powerful communicator, handling clients with personal care and empathy and putting the client at the center of every decision.\nCourageous with ideas and innovative in your approach, always ready to grow and learn.\nKey Responsibilities\nAct and think first of the client and their experience, you have an in-depth knowledge of the desires, needs and expectations of clients.\nWelcome and assist each client providing an excellent in-store experience at all times.\nBe a master at storytelling and at the art of asking engaging questions.\nCreate a long-term authentic bond with clients by making them feel the experience is truly about them.\nDeal effectively with customer complaints by liaising with the line manager when necessary.\nDemonstrate active leadership on the selling floor, to drive individual and team objectives and be accountable for sales results.\nBe proactively engaged in cross selling with all Departments and maximizes sales opportunity in order to achieve individual sales target and KPIs.\nProve Brand and product knowledge.\nEnsure and maintain the shop floor and visual display high standard, complying with.\nCompany operational guidelines and stock procedures.\nContribute to ensure a high level of security and is attentive to prevent product thefts, including tagging garments and merchandise on the floor.\nThink innovatively about how we can improve and generate new ways, be up-to-date with new fashion trends and competitors.\nDevelop and nurture meaningful and loyal client relationships through personal connections and CRM initiatives.\nManage and drive sales by understanding client desires and create a hand-crafted experience for the client to achieve the best sales performance,\nKey Requirements\nPrevious experience in sales roles is a plus; Experience in structured Fashion Luxury/Retail Companies is a plus.\nPassionate in Retail, Client service and commercial mindset.\nExcellent understanding of the luxury sector and product sensitivity.\nStrong communication skills.\nWillingness evolve in the organization, willingness to relocate is a plus.\nDigitally aware and open to new ways of working.\nWe are looking for candidates with strong competencies in Decision Making, Strategic Thinking, Financial Acumen, Innovation, Focus on Customer and Execution.\nLanguage proficiency: Italian and English are mandatory. Any additional language is considered a strong plus\nCompensation & Level:\nCCNL Commercio, Level 5° - 4°\nSalary range (gross annual): €23.349,34 - €25.080,72 \nVariable incentive plan: from 0.6% to 1.8% of individual sales\nThe final offer will be determined based on experience, skills, and level of responsibility.
