Advisor for our Flagship in New Bond Street, London.\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:\nDeliver an exceptional luxury experience, welcoming every client with professionalism, warmth and genuine care.\nRepresent and communicate the values, heritage and aesthetic vision of Jil Sander through every client interaction.• Build long-term relationships based on trust, loyalty and personalized service, creating memorable experiences that encourage repeat business.\nDevelop an in-depth understanding of each client's lifestyle, preferences and wardrobe needs to provide tailored styling advice.\nDemonstrate outstanding selling abilities by confidently guiding clients through the entire sales journey, identifying opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling while always maintaining a client-first approach.\nConsistently achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through proactive client development and business generation.\nMaintain an active client portfolio using CRM tools, ensuring regular outreach, appointment setting, follow-up communications and after-sales service.\nActively generate new business opportunities by acquiring new clients and strengthening relationships with existing ones.\nMaintain accurate customer information including purchase history, product preferences, wish lists, special requests and follow-up activities.\nDemonstrate exceptional product knowledge across all categories while continuously monitoring luxury market trends and competitors.\nCollaborate with the boutique team to achieve common objectives and contribute to a positive,
