It is present in more than 80 countries with 5,000 points of sale, including more than 400 company owned stores.\nE-COMMERCE OPERATIONS SPECIALIST\nAt Diesel Headquarters, located in Breganze (Italy), we are looking for an E-commerce Operations Specialist who will be placed within the Global E-Commerce Department.\nMain activities:\nSupport inventory management and coordinate with Digital Merchandising to ensure product availability, with a focus on best sellers and weekly coverage.\nProcess customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring on-time shipment and delivery.\nCoordinate with Logistics to manage shipping and delivery.\nMonitor order tracking and resolve shipping, delivery, and return issues.\nPartner with Customer Service to resolve customer inquiries and order-related issues promptly.\nBuild and review online reporting in Power BI, critically analyzing all reports to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement.\nMaintain accurate product data, pricing, and availability on the website and other sales channels.\nSupport the management of the end-of-season sale process, ensuring price updates, stock availability, and promotional setup are accurate.\nSupport the implementation of operational processes and workflows that improve efficiency and productivity.\nWork with the IT team to identify and resolve operational issues in e-commerce systems and tools.\nProduce operational reports and analyze data to generate insights for process improvement.\nMonitor competitors by browsing online platforms across different countries and using dedicated benchmarking tools.\nManagement of the internal e-commerce order process (invoice recording), managing accruals, and cost forecasting, and share the results with the Finance team.\nRequirements:\nDegree in business, operations management, logistics, or a related field;\nPrevious experience in operations and logistics, customer service and preferably in an e-commerce or retail environment;\nStrong attention to detail and organizational skills to efficiently manage multiple tasks and orders;\nProficiency in using e-commerce platforms and order management systems (Salesforce knowledge will be considered a plus);\nExcellent communication and problem-solving abilities, with a customer-centric mindset;\nFamiliarity with inventory management and logistics coordination is a plus;\nFluent in English (both written and spoken).\nLocation: Breganze (VI)\nCompensation & Level:\nInitial fixed-term contract with the possibility of an open-end contract\nCCNL Textile Industry, Level 4°\nSalary range (gross annual): €25.000 - €27.000\nThe final offer will be determined based on experience, skills, and level of responsibility.
