It is present in more than 80 countries with 5,000 points of sale, including more than 400 company owned stores.\nJunior Business Controller\nAt Diesel Headquarters located in Breganze (Italy), we are looking for a Junior Business Controller to join our HQ Finance department.\nMain responsibilities:\nCollect business and managerial data at a consolidated level to validate short, medium and long-term financial planning for the marketing department.\nAnalyze variances on sales and costs (consolidated and By Subs) to support the marketing department in defining recovering actions.\nSupport the team in the subsidiaries controlling activities, ensuring submission of planning and accurate reporting within deadlines.\nMain interfaces:\nThe Junior Business Controller will work closely with:\nGlobal and regional Finance teams;\nMarketing department.\nMain requirements:\nThe ideal candidate should have 1 or 2-year experience of business and financial controlling in companies modernly structured or in consultant firms. A degree in Economics is also required.\nThe profile must have strong analytical skills, determination to achieve the objectives, flexibility, enthusiasm, initiative, ability to problem solving and teamwork.\nThe profile must have ability to use controlling and data mining tools, expertise on financial controlling and reporting, key metrics, and excellent use of Excel (i.e. pivots, advanced formulas etc.). Proficiency with Hyperion, PowerBI and SAP would be preferred.\nExcellent knowledge of the English language completes the profile we are looking for.\nLocation: Breganze (VI)\nCompensation & Level:\nCCNL Textile Industry, Level 4°\nSalary range (gross annual): €25.000 - €27.000\nVariable incentive plan: 5% of gross annual salary\nThe final offer will be determined based on experience, skills, and level of responsibility.
