Plan and act to optimize stock level and stock mix to reflect sales, buying trends and customer demands.\nExecute all procedures and processes defined by the company.\nComply with stock protection and maintain loss reduction standards.\nAchieve financial objectives proposing action plans and be able to adapt quickly and efficiently to any situation.\nHire passionate people and coach the growth and development of the team in providing\nexcellent and specialized customer service to transform each client experience into dreamlike moments.\nDevelop meaningful and loyal client relationships through personal connections and\nCRM initiatives as well as to ensure the application of OTB standards (Selling\nCeremony, Visual guidelines, Grooming standards, procedures etc.)\nKeep momentum going towards long-term strategy despite short-term pressures while\ndeveloping strategic plans to achieve long-term store and organizational goals\nAnalyzes CRM data, proposes in-store CRM activities using the data, propose and\nimplements the activities to win new customers and retain existing customers.\nNetworks with department stores, shopping areas and neighborhood stores to\nexchange information\nEstablishes and maintains a safety management system of the store facility, stocks,\nequipment\nRespond properly in the event of disasters (earthquakes, fires, typhoons, thefts ..)\nPlans and implements sales objectives on a daily and monthly basis.\nEvaluates staff performance and provides them with feedback and coaching.\nStreamlines the workflow and creates staff shifts.\nEnsures stores are properly cleaned and maintained (windows, furniture, lighting, etc.)\nAnalyzes and reports on sales, competitors, regional and market trends and other variables.\nSets up and maintains effective VMD based on the VMD guidelines\nYou\nWill be part of a passionate team that believes creativity and fun rules the world.
