It is present in more than 80 countries with 5,000 points of sale, including more than 400 company owned stores.\nFINANCIAL CONTROLLER\nAt Diesel Headquarters located in Breganze (Italy), we are looking for a Financial Controller, to join HQ Finance department, responsible for ensuring accurate Reporting, Budget, Forecasts, business planning processes across the assigned region(s)/offices.\nThe role’s key responsibilities are:\nFINANCIAL PLANNING & CONTROL \nManage monthly closing activities for the assigned areas;\nPerform in-depth financial and economic analysis of current results, providing insights on future business performance\nPrepare management Reports for Senior Stakeholders\nCollaborate cross functionally to ensure cost control of Opex\nGather business and managerial data to support short, medium and long-term planning.\nLiaise with Diesel Group regional/offices teams to coordinate financial planning processes and monthly closures, ensuring deadlines are met\nMonitor and analyze financial statements\nAnalyze results by business/product category to support Business Partners and Finance Community through variance analysis and actionable recommendations\nMain interfaces:\nYou will be part of Diesel HQ Finance Team, reporting to the Global Financial Controlling Manager and will work closely with:\nRegional Controlling teams at a global level;\nOperations and Business Controlling departments;\nGlobal Sales Planning team.\nRequirements:\n3-5 year experience in a similar role, with a particular focus on financial controlling of foreign subsidiaries.\nDegree in Economics and/or Finance, strong analytical skills and financial acumen.\nDetermination, flexibility, and strong problem-solving ability\nFocus on accuracy without losing sight of process efficiency\nAdvanced proficiency in Power BI (DAX, data modeling) is a strong plus; solid Excel skills (pivots, macros, etc.)\nFamiliarity with Hyperion, Board and/or SAP S/4HANA is preferred\nCuriosity and openness towards AI and automation tools applied to Finance processes (reporting, forecasting, data analysis) is considered a plus.\nFluent in English, both written and spoken.\nLocation: Breganze (VI)\nCompensation & Level:\nCCNL Textile Industry, Level 6°\nSalary range (gross annual): €35.000 - €40.000\nVariable incentive plan: 5% of gross annual salary\nThe final offer will be determined based on experience, skills, and level of responsibility.
