It is present in more than 80 countries with 5,000 points of sale, including more than 400 company owned stores.\nSenior PPC Specialist\nAt Diesel, location Milan, we are looking for a Senior PPC Specialist to join our E-commerce team, with deep technical and analytical expertise to drive and optimize paid media campaigns across global markets.\nHe/She will report directly to the Digital Marketing & Analytics Manager.\nMain responsibilities:\n- Plan, implement, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, Microsoft Ads (Bing), and Criteo\n- Leverage Search Ads 360 (SA360) to manage, automate, and optimize large-scale paid search campaigns\n- Monitor key KPIs, develop in-depth performance reports, and provide strategic insights on campaign performance, customer journey, and ROAS\n- Collaborate closely with SEO, CRM, Media, Analytics, and Content teams to integrate paid media into omnichannel marketing strategies\n- Conduct A/B testing and continuously optimize targeting, creatives, and campaign performance\n- Support the development and execution of paid media strategies for new international markets and audience segments\n- Build and strengthen relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive cross-functional collaboration\n- Drive innovation by identifying, evaluating, and introducing new tools, technologies, and best practices to enhance campaign effectiveness\nRequirements:\n- At least 6 years of experience managing multi-platform paid media campaigns within agencies or established, complex organizations\n- Strong proficiency in Search Ads 360 (or equivalent), Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Business Manager, and Programmatic Advertising platforms\n- Experience with Adobe Analytics (preferred) or Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager\n- Previous experience in the fashion, luxury, or e-commerce industry is highly desirable\n- Strong analytical mindset, with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to interpret and work with large datasets\n- Fluent English is required; native or professional proficiency in Italian is a plus\nLocation: Milan (MI)\nCompensation & Level:\nCCNL Textile Industry, Level 6°\nSalary range (gross annual): €40.000 - €45.000\nVariable incentive plan: 10% of gross annual salary\nThe final offer will be determined based on experience, skills, and level of responsibility.
