The Implementation Project Coordinator will partner closely with the rest of the Implementation and Onboarding Team as well as cross-functionally with Product Management, Sales, and other teams to ensure successful project delivery.\nResponsibilities\nReview project proposals, ensure projects adhere to contract language, and issue and track project amendment documentation.\nPerform technical support including project scheduling and planning, earned value management, budget review/cost analysis, and change of scope impact analysis.\nCollaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Sales, Product Management, and other internal teams to deliver according to established project timelines and project governance.\nWork with leadership to prioritize work across projects.\nCommunicate any issues, problems, or additional information to project managers and project stakeholders and recommend solutions.\nMonitor and evaluate project timeline and activity and report on progress to project managers and leadership.\nMaintain up-to-date knowledge of products and programs and assist in the development and maintenance of project methodology.\nCoordinate training of the final customer solution in collaboration with our Training & Enablement team.\nIdentify and share opportunities to improve processes, templates and tools to scale project management and implementation processes.\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree or in project Management or any IT Field.\n1-3 years of project coordinator experience within a SaaS organization, preferred.\nKnowledge of project management best practices, methodologies, and deliverables, including proficiency using Project Management tools to track, assign and manage tasks.\nUnderstanding of SaaS implementation, configuration, integration and migration techniques.\nKnowledge of data gathering, validation and preparation techniques.\nOrganization and time management skills for managing multiple projects and assignments\nBusiness and productivity tools such as presentation, document, spreadsheet, project and task management software.\nPreference will be given to candidates with hospitality experience and knowledge of hotel systems (PMS, POS, Accounting, etc).\nProficiency using Agile Project Management tools to track, assign and manage tasks.","description_format":"text","description_chars":2449,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":1,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":{"level":"bachelor","optional":false},"security_clearance":false,"languages":[]},"benefits":[],"hiring_locations":[],"hiring_excludes":[],"relocation_offered":false,"industries":["Professional Services","Sales & Marketing","Hotels & Resorts"],"lifecycle":[{"event":"open","at":"2026-09-26T04:47:29Z"}],"liveness":{"score":13,"band":"cold","label":"Long shot","p_open":1,"p_active":0.455,"p_room":0.28,"age_days":40,"expected_fill_days":15,"reasons":["conf:20","win:tail","crowd:junior"],"computed_at":"2026-09-27T05:45:00Z"},"pay":null,"html_url":"https://alion.io/job/otelier-project-coordinator","json_url":"https://alion.io/job/otelier-project-coordinator.json","meta":{"generated_at":"2026-09-28T04:29:32Z","cache_seconds":300,"methodology":"https://alion.io/methodology","terms":"https://alion.io/terms","contact":"https://alion.io/contact","api":"https://alion.io/developers","usage":{"tier":"crawler","counted_by":"address","units_charged":1,"used_today":2725,"day_limit":5000,"remaining_today":2275,"minute_limit":60,"resets_at":"2026-09-29T00:00:00Z"}}}
