The main goal of the role is to support our current customers with the maintenance and service of their lifts. Partnering with them to provide top level customer service, break down of technical jargon with advice around the best way to ensure safe, reliable lifts. \nOn a typical day you will:\nManage a portfolio of lifts/elevators units through maintaining good working relationships with existing customers.\nServe as primary contact for timely resolution of customer needs surrounding service inquires. \nDevelop your own sales strategy to achieve sales targets.
