Strengthening the control environment lead processes improvements to enhance controls and standardization.\nResponsible for actuals accuracy. Review of Balance Sheet. Compliance with USGAAP accounting rules. Provide guidance on procedures and accounting standards. Preparation and review of closing One timers/Policy deviations. Ensure quality account reconciliations are completed in timely and following quality standards.\nManagement of SOX requirements and issue resolution.\nOwn quarterly representation letter process. Litigation assessment.\nSupport Statutory and Group audits. Review local S2G. \nEnhance approval matrix and support workflows, approving operations according to matrix. Ensure proper SGD. Comply with system access review plan.\nSupport Finance and Business leaders and stand as a reference in the organization. \nEnsure proper and timely answer to Operating Unit, EMEA and Global requirements.\nLiaise with outsourced accounting provider ensuring strong controls around relation and quality in the deliverables received.\nManagement of intercompany disputes for resolution.\nCoach and lead the team in benefit of their professional development.\nWhat You Will Need to be Successfu l:\nEconomics or Business master’s degree required, MBA or Master of Accounting preferred.\nFluent English knowledge.
