De l’excellence de nos produits (escaliers mécaniques, ascenseurs et trottoirs roulants) à notre nouvelle phase de transformation digitale, c’est le moment idéal pour rejoindre notre entreprise !\nOTIS leader mondial de l’industrie de l’ascenseur, recrute un poste de Chargé(e) de recouvrement (H/F) pour Assurer le suivi et le recouvrement des créances clients, sécuriser les encaissements et contribuer à la réduction des impayés et du DSO, dans le respect des procédures internes et de la qualité de la relation client.\nLe poste est ouvert aux candidats basés à Marrakech\nMissions quotidiennes : \nSuivre quotidiennement les comptes clients et les factures échues. \nAssurer le dépôt et la transmission des factures aux clients. \nRéconcilier les comptes clients et analyser les écarts de paiement. \nEffectuer les relances clients par téléphone, e-mail et courrier conformément aux procédures internes. \nNégocier et formaliser des échéanciers de paiement en cas de difficultés de règlement. \nMettre en œuvre des actions préventives afin de réduire les impayés. \nSuivre et résoudre les litiges bloquant les règlements, en coordination avec les équipes techniques, commerciales, comptables et juridiques. \nÉtudier les propositions d’arrangement et participer à la formalisation des protocoles d’accord. \nPrendre en charge les dossiers relatifs aux marchés publics et privés, ainsi que le suivi des décomptes. \nPréparer les reportings périodiques relatifs aux indicateurs de recouvrement : DSO, taux de recouvrement, créances échues et encaissements. \nSuivre les objectifs de performance du portefeuille clients et proposer des plans d’action correctifs. \nContribuer aux clôtures mensuelles en fournissant les analyses et informations relatives aux créance. \nFormation : \nFormation Bac+3 à Bac+5 en finance, comptabilité, gestion, commerce ou domaine équivalent. \nExpérience confirmée entre 3 - 5 ans en recouvrement, idéalement dans un environnement BTP ou de services. \nConnaissances : \nBonne maîtrise des techniques de négociation et capacité à gérer professionnellement les situations sensibles ou conflictuelles. \nMaîtrise des outils bureautiques, notamment Excel ; la connaissance d’un ERP constitue un atout. \nOrganisation, rigueur, autonomie, esprit d’équipe et excellente aisance relationnelle.\n Que pouvons-nous vous offrir ?\n\nL’opportunité de rejoindre un leader mondial de son secteur et une marque de renommée internationale.\nUne culture d’entreprise qui favorise l’innovation et valorise les talents, véritable clé de notre réussite.\nUn package de rémunération compétitive.\nDes opportunités de développement et d’évolution au sein d’un environnement multinational.\nIf you live in a city, chances are we will give you a lift or play a role in keeping you moving every day.\nOtis is the world’s leading elevator and escalator manufacturing, installation, and service company.
