As a Warehouse & Deliveries Coordinator, you will support field operations by managing inventory, materials, tools, equipment, and local deliveries throughout the Seattle metro area.\nThis hands-on opportunity is ideal for someone with experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, logistics, shipping and receiving, or material handling who is dependable, organized, and committed to safety. The role also offers the opportunity to learn the elevator industry and grow toward future leadership positions.\nOn a Typical Day You Will\nCoordinate the shipping, receiving, storage, and distribution of parts, materials, tools, and equipment.\nReceive and inspect incoming shipments and maintain organized warehouse and yard areas.\nManage inventory records and help ensure materials are available for field teams.\nPrepare equipment and materials for job-site delivery or pickup.\nComplete occasional deliveries within the Seattle metro area using a company fleet vehicle.\nSupport tool and equipment management to maintain operational readiness.\nCoordinate disposable oil and regulated waste activities in accordance with safety and environmental requirements.\nMaintain accurate inventory, delivery, warehouse, and waste-management documentation.\nUse Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and related applications to complete basic administrative tasks.\nWork collaboratively with field teams, internal partners, vendors, and other business contacts.\nFollow a primarily Monday-through-Friday schedule, with very limited weekend support when business needs require.\nWhat You Will Need to Be Successful\n2 - 3+ years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, logistics, material handling, deliveries, or a related area.\nValid driver’s license and ability to meet company requirements for operating a fleet vehicle.\nAbility to successfully complete a Department of Transportation physical or certification.\nAbility to safely lift and maneuver materials weighing up to 100 pounds, potentially throughout the workday.\nBasic proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and other computer applications.\nForklift operating experience required; certification is preferred but not required; training can be provided.\nStrong organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to inventory accuracy.\nDependable work history and the ability to manage responsibilities independently.\nStrong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with field and office teams.\nCommitment to safety, quality, customer service, and continuous improvement.\nWork Authorization:\nGiven the nature of the position, Otis Elevator does not support sponsorship, e.g. H-1B or TN petitions/applications, for this position.\nBenefits:\nOtis currently provides our colleagues with the following benefits:\n401(k) plan that includes generous company match and a separate automatic retirement contribution \nComprehensive medical, prescription drug, dental and vision coverage for colleagues and their eligible dependents, beginning on their first day of employment \nThree weeks paid vacation and paid company holidays \nPaid sick leave - Employee assistance and wellness incentive programs \nLife insurance and disability coverage \nVoluntary benefits, such as legal, pet, home, and auto insurance \nBirth/adoption and parental leave benefits \nAdoption assistance \nTuition reimbursement program \nPeer recognition and service anniversary awards, as well as spot performance bonus opportunities \nSalary Transparency:\nThe salary range for this role is $62,000 to $84,000. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may change in the future.
