Close collaboration with the Field Service organization is essential to anticipate future spare parts requirements and ensure continuity of operations.\nKey Responsibilities: \nSpare Parts Identification & Classification\nMaintain the spare parts portfolio across service, modernization, and critical stock requirements.\nClassify parts based on criticality, demand patterns, inventory strategy, and service needs.\nMaintain part family, equipment, and planning classifications to support accurate forecasting and replenishment.\nPartner with the Spare Parts Specialist and Field Service teams to define critical spare parts requirements based on equipment population, modernization activity, major projects, and service obligations.\nSpare Parts Demand Planning\nDevelop and maintain spare parts demand forecasts for key markets, including UAE and KSA.\nExtract and consolidate JDE data, including historical consumption, stock on hand, due in, backlog, and E&O items.\nMaintain accurate demand planning data, calculations, and outputs.\nAnalyze historical consumption and purchasing trends to forecast future requirements.\nApply ABC-XYZ analysis to define planning approaches and stock coverage.\nPartner with Field Service teams to understand new contracts, portfolio growth, aging equipment, modernization projects, and obsolescence.\nTranslate operational requirements into inventory and procurement needs.\nAnticipate demand changes based on portfolio and service requirements.\nRun periodic demand planning cycles and prepare order and executive summaries, including quantities and estimated values.\nValidate proposed order quantities to prevent overstocking and exclude E&O items.\nReview order recommendations with Service teams and assess requested adjustments.\nSubmit final order recommendations to the Supply Chain Business Partner for approval before Procurement placement.\nInventory Planning & Availability\nEnsure critical spare parts availability for field operations.\nDefine replenishment requirements and safety stock levels.\nMaintain reorder points and Min/Max stock levels.\nMonitor shortages, excess inventory, and slow-moving stock.\nReview open stock orders against demand and recommend cancellations where required.\nDrive inventory optimization while maintaining service levels.\nSupport annual and periodic inventory reviews.\nOrder Tracking & Supply Monitoring\nFollow up on open orders and replenishment requests.\nReview the DP Orders Tracker and resolve ordering blockers.\nMonitor backlog against open orders and initiate fill orders for uncovered demand.\nMonitor supplier availability and lead times.\nCompare actual vs. planned lead times and update planning parameters accordingly.\nTrack shipment status and expected delivery dates.\nEscalate delays and potential stock-out risks.\nMaintain order and parts availability visibility in JDE and reporting tools.\nWarehouse Coordination\nWork with warehouse teams to verify stock availability and inventory accuracy.\nInvestigate inventory discrepancies and support corrective actions.\nCoordinate urgent replenishment for critical spare parts.\nLogistics Coordination\nEnsure shipment updates are available and communicated to stakeholders.\nTrack shipment status and expected delivery dates.\nIdentify and help resolve delivery bottlenecks.\nWork with Logistics to improve shipment and arrival visibility.\nCross-Functional Collaboration\nServe as the key coordination point between:\nField Service\nWarehouses\nProcurement\nLogistics\nSupply Chain Management\nFacilitate regular reviews to align demand forecasts, inventory levels, and supply plans with business needs.\nGovernance & Monthly Reviews\nLead monthly Spare Parts Demand Review meetings.\nPrepare dashboards covering: Inventory levels Spare parts availability Open orders Backorders Supplier lead times Shipment status Inventory risks\nMonitor demand planning KPIs and present performance and corrective actions to stakeholders and management.\nReview forecast accuracy and adjust forecasting models and planning parameters as needed.\nDrive continuous improvement in demand planning and inventory management.\nMinimum Qualifications:\n5- 7 years of experience in Demand Planning for Spare Parts\nExperience with ERP systems (JDE preferred)\nStrong knowledge of demand forecasting, inventory planning, and inventory optimization techniques, including ABC-XYZ segmentation, safety stock, reorder points, Min/Max planning, and stock cover management.\nExperience forecasting spare-parts demand, improving forecast accuracy, and optimizing planning parameters through statistical and analytical methods.\nStrong understanding of lead-time management, critical parts planning, Excess & Obsolete (E&O) inventory control, and S&OP / Demand Review processes.\nAdvanced Excel, reporting, and planning systems skills, with experience managing large inventory portfolios\nProficiency in Demand Planning automation, analytics, and visualization tools, such as Baxter & Power BI (Preferred), or similar digital planning
