There’s never been a better time to join our team and are currently looking for a Field Manager to join the business.\nReporting to the Operations Manager, and working alongside the Project Managers, you, the Field Manager will be responsible for preparation and execution of the site element of the project, on one or more sites.\nDaily Responsibilities:\nManaging the field engineering team and people on site ensuring that quality and safety standards are not compromised.\nWork with the Project and Construction Managers to ensure that the site execution plans, methods and tooling, are fully developed and all resources are allocated to achieve the project deliverables.\nEnsure the 3 key absolutes of Safety, Ethics and Financial Control are maintained at all time.\nManaging projects on time, within budget and in accordance with the contract scope\nRegularly monitor and review progress against plan (both financial and project) and if necessary take action to mitigate delays and claims and bring the programme back on track.\nWhat We Offer:\nA highly competitive salary and benefits, including a market leading pension. \n25 days holiday plus the 8 bank. \nTrue career progression, with proven examples of people moving into operational leadership/director positions.
