Reporting to the Operations Manager, and working alongside the Project Managers, you, the Field Manager will be responsible for preparation and execution of the site element of the project, on one or more sites. Daily Responsibilities: Managing the field engineering team and people on site ensuring that quality and safety standards are not compromised. Work with the Project and Construction Managers to ensure that the site execution plans, methods and tooling, are fully developed and all resources are allocated to achieve the project deliverables. Ensure the 3 key absolutes of Safety, Ethics and Financial Control are maintained at all time.
