The main goal of the role is to provide day-to-day management and training of field staff, including employee selection, field training and safety. This individual will also lead operational efforts and ensure superior customer satisfaction.\nOn a typical day you will:\nEnsure all aspects of field safety.\nMeet with customers to ensure obligations and expectations are achieved.\nDirect the performance of field maintenance and contractual service operations.\nConduct field education training with field workforce.
