More so on top ten calls received.\nInspect or re-inspect to see progress of work. / Random Check for Quality.\nManpower allotment day to day basis on call-backs received.\nAdherence to EH&S policy and practices.\nCommercial\nMeet clients regularly for rapport development.\nCommunicate with examiners on regular basis, take care of their problems and create confidence amongst them.\nCorrespond with clients for renewal of contract and as and when necessary and quotation for PA settlement.\nTwo months prior to the expiry of free service contract date inspect the elevator.\nNegotiate with clients for price fixation of contracts & T-order.\nHandle effective conversions when necessary.\nLead team to complete given task and facilitate them in case of need.\nCheck the opportunity to potential T-Business.\nMake efforts for acquisition and recoveries & achieving the target.\nFollow-up invoices/ payments.\nUpdate necessary conversion/ recovery cancellation into system.\nReview regularly, Net O / Payment.\n Additional Responsibilities\nCreate Safety awareness and ensure our employees are working safely.\nEnsure Zero accident / incident\nEnsure Reporting of incident\nActively participate in RQC & Safety meetings and review issues and progress.\nEnsure that issues identified in the Risk Assessment (JHA) process are mitigated or controlled in accordance with assigned responsibilities and schedules.\nConduct EH&S inspection/audit as per assigned quota and ensure completion of corrective actions within targeted completion date.\nTo conduct FPA and complete corrective actions within targeted completion date.\nParticipate in Incident Investigation.\nDiploma in electrical/electronics with 7-10 years’ experience in relevant industry.\nIf you live in a city, chances are we will give you a lift or play a role in keeping you moving every day.\nOtis is the world’s leading elevator and escalator manufacturing, installation, and service company.
