This is a hands-on operational leadership role responsible for driving safety, productivity, project execution, financial performance, customer satisfaction, and field team performance across our Repair business.\nIf you have experience in elevator repair, service, modernization, open order, field operations, or elevator construction and are ready to take the next step in operational leadership, we would like to hear from you.\nOn a typical day you will:\nLead field operations for elevator repair and testing projects\nManage multiple repair projects from planning through successful completion\nForecast and schedule field labor and resources to support project requirements\nDrive project performance against deadlines, profitability, working capital, quality, and productivity targets\nPromote a strong safety culture through field training, safety audits, jobsite inspections, and site safety planning\nCoordinate materials, equipment deliveries, and purchase orders\nIdentify potential project challenges and develop contingency plans and estimates\nPartner closely with field employees, customers, sales teams, and branch leadership\nBuild strong customer relationships while maintaining quality and service expectations\nManage multiple priorities in a fast-paced field operations environment\nWhat you will need to be successful:\n3 to 5+ years of elevator industry experience, preferably within repair, service, modernization, open order, field operations, or construction\nStrong understanding of elevator field operations and project execution\nProven ability to lead, coordinate, or support field teams and multiple projects\nStrong leadership, organizational, and time-management skills\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\nAbility to build effective relationships with field employees, customers, and internal business partners\nSelf-motivated with the ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment\nComfortable working in a technical environment and utilizing Microsoft-based software\nEducation / Certifications\nHigh school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred\nWork Authorization:\nGiven the nature of the position, Otis Elevator does not support sponsorship, e.g. H-1B or TN petitions/applications, for this position.\nBenefits:\nOtis currently provides our colleagues with the following benefits:\n401(k) plan that includes generous company match and a separate automatic retirement contribution \nComprehensive medical, prescription drug, dental and vision coverage for colleagues and their eligible dependents, beginning on their first day of employment \nThree weeks paid vacation and paid company holidays \nPaid sick leave - Employee assistance and wellness incentive programs \nLife insurance and disability coverage \nVoluntary benefits, such as legal, pet, home, and auto insurance \nBirth/adoption and parental leave benefits \nAdoption assistance \nTuition reimbursement program \nPeer recognition and service anniversary awards, as well as spot performance bonus opportunities \nSalary Transparency:\nThe salary range for this role is $125,000 to $160,000. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may change in the future.
