This role involves coordinating with various teams, maintaining safety protocols, and ensuring customer satisfaction.\nKey Responsibilities-\nProject Management: Lead and manage modernization projects from initiation to completion, ensuring all project goals and objectives are met.\n- Team Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.\n- Raising local material requisition- Site Survey and report\n-Quality Assurance: Ensure all modernization activities adhere to quality standards and regulatory requirements.\n- Safety Compliance: Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.\n- Reporting: Regular updating of project status to senior management.\n- Problem Solving: Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the project lifecycle.\n- Customer Interaction: Maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their concerns and ensuring their satisfaction.\n- Training and Development: Provide training and support to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.\nQualifications- Education:\nBachelor's / Equivalent certification, Project Management, or a related field.\n- Experience:\nMinimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in modernization or construction projects.\n- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.\nWorking Conditions- environment: On-site work environments. - Travel: Regular Travel required to Project sites.\nIf you live in a city, chances are we will give you a lift or play a role in keeping you moving every day.\nOtis is the world’s leading elevator and escalator manufacturing, installation, and service company.
