management reports and business performance reviews.\nAnalyse revenue, orders, sales, EBIT, margin, SG&A, cash flow, and working capital performance.\nIdentify key business drivers, trends, risks, and opportunities.\nProvide insightful commentary and recommendations to support management decision-making.\nBusiness Partnering\nPartner with country finance teams to improve forecast accuracy and understand business performance.\nSupport reviews with Operations, Sales, Supply Chain, Service, NE and MOD teams.\nChallenge assumptions and provide financial guidance to improve profitability and cash flow.\nCash Flow & Working Capital Management\nMonitor DSO, collections, unbilled receivables, inventory, E&O, and other working capital metrics.\nSupport initiatives to improve cash flow and working capital performance.\nTrack execution of cash recovery action plans across OAs.\nManagement Presentation & Executive Reporting\nPrepare executive-level presentations for Regional CFO, Managing Director, AP Finance, and Corporate reviews.\nDevelop financial dashboards and performance scorecards.\nSupport quarterly business reviews, forecast reviews, and annual plan presentations.\nAd Hoc Projects\nSupport strategic initiatives, business cases, investment evaluations, and special projects.\nConduct profitability, pricing, productivity, and cost analyses.\nAssist in due diligence and business performance improvement initiatives where required.\nQualifications & Experience\nBachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline.\n3-5 years of FP&A, commercial finance, audit, or business finance experience.\nExperience in a multinational and matrix organisation preferred.\nExperience supporting regional operations across multiple countries is an advantage.\nTechnical Skills\nAdvanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.\nExperience with HFM, JDE or equivalent ERP systems.\nPower BI, Sigma, Tableau, or other analytics tools preferred.\nStrong financial modelling and data analysis capabilities.\nCompetencies\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent communication and presentation skills.\nAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities.\nStrong stakeholder management and business partnering skills.\nHigh attention to detail and accuracy.\nAbility to operate in a fast-paced regional environment.\nThis job scope would fit well for a Regional FP&A Analyst reporting to the Finance & SEA FP&A Lead, with strong exposure to planning, forecast, cash flow, performance management, and executive reviews across
