This role is ideal for experienced service professionals who enjoy team leadership, customer interaction, and operational excellence.\nKey Responsibilities\nPerform daily field service operations, including 24-hour emergency breakdown support, in line with maintenance schedules.\nEnsure strict compliance with safety, FPA, EH&S, and WWJSSS requirements, including audits and corrective action implementation.\nWork alongside service technicians to achieve high efficiency, quality, and safety standards.\nConduct regular site inspections, daily briefings, and weekly service review meetings to improve troubleshooting and reduce breakdowns.\nPerform customer visits and prepare monthly service reports to support customer satisfaction.\nCoordinate with the Service Sales team on repair works and billing to support service sales and margin targets.\nCarry out other duties as assigned by management.\nRequirements\nBachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.\nMinimum 2-3 years of relevant experience; experience in the same industry is preferred.\n Associate Engineer Certification (minimum requirement).\nExperience in field service operations, preferably within the elevator, escalator, or related industries.\nStrong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.\nCustomer-focused mindset with excellent communication skills.\nProficient in computer applications and digital tools related to service operations.\nGood command of English communication.\nProficiency in Thai language is required.\nWhy Join Us\nWork with a global industry leader\nStrong focus on safety, ethics, and people development\nCareer growth opportunities within Thailand and internationally\nOtis & Sigma is an equal opportunity employer.
