This role requires a motivated individual with a proven track record in sales, excellent cold calling and closing skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.\nKey Responsibilities:\nIdentify and pursue new business opportunities to increase the company's portfolio.\nDevelop and maintain relationships with facility management companies, real estate companies, and government stakeholders in Kuwait.\nConduct cold calls and follow up on leads to generate new contracts.\nDemonstrate exceptional closing skills to secure deals and contracts.\nCollaborate effectively with team members to achieve sales targets.\nUtilize technical knowledge of elevators to inform and support sales efforts.\nNavigate and work on tenders to secure contracts.\nManage contract renewals, ensuring timely and successful negotiations.\nPrepare and submit repair proposals, ensuring thorough follow-up and closure.\nMonitor and achieve monthly and quarterly targets for contract renewal, repairs, and capturing new contracts.\nQualifications:\nProven experience in sales, specifically within the Kuwait market.\nFamiliarity with facility management companies, real estate companies, and government stakeholders.\nStrong communication and negotiation skills.\nAbility to perform cold calling and manage the sales process from lead generation to closing.\nTeam player with the ability to work collaboratively.\nTechnical background in elevators is required.\nExperience in working on tenders is essential.\nIf you live in a city, chances are we will give you a lift or play a role in keeping you moving every day.\nOtis is the world’s leading elevator and escalator manufacturing, installation, and service company.
