El objetivo principal de la función es realizar la gestión diaria y la formación del personal de campo, incluyendo la selección de empleados, la formación en campo y la seguridad. Esta persona también dirigirá los esfuerzos operativos y garantizará una satisfacción superior del cliente.\nEn un día normal tendrás que:\nPlanificar y supervisar actividades de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo, instalaciones de equipo nuevo, modernizaciones y órdenes de trabajo.\nCoordinar la ejecución de proyectos de instalación asegurando el cumplimiento de planos, especificaciones técnicas y estándares de calidad.\nGestionar recursos, materiales, herramientas y personal técnico propio y subcontratado para garantizar la continuidad operativa.\nSupervisar las condiciones civiles, eléctricas y de seguridad requeridas para el desarrollo de proyectos.\nDar seguimiento a solicitudes, reclamos y requerimientos de clientes, brindando soporte técnico y asegurando altos niveles de satisfacción.\nAdministrar cronogramas, costos, productividad y rentabilidad de los contratos y proyectos asignados.\nRealizar visitas de seguimiento a obra para verificar avances, identificar riesgos y asegurar el cumplimiento de los tiempos comprometidos.\nGestionar la recepción, distribución y control de materiales y equipos.\nElaborar reportes e indicadores de gestión, avances de proyectos y cumplimiento de objetivos.\nCoordinar auditorías de seguridad y asegurar la aplicación de acciones correctivas cuando sea necesario.\nPromover el cumplimiento de las políticas corporativas, los estándares de calidad, seguridad, salud ocupacional y medio ambiente.\nCapacitar, desarrollar y evaluar las competencias técnicas y de seguridad del personal a cargo.\nParticipar en la implementación de nuevas tecnologías, procesos y mejores prácticas operativas.\nEjecutar los procesos de entrega y cierre de proyectos de acuerdo con los lineamientos corporativos y normativos vigentes.\n¡Lo que necesitarás para tener éxito!
