Vous assurez le chiffrage, la création et la mise à jour des codes de déviation tout en garantissant leur cohérence et leur fiabilité au sein du système.\nAu sein de l'équipe Technique Contrat, vous intervenez comme support technique auprès des différents services de l'usine et contribuez activement à l'amélioration continue des outils, des processus et des méthodes de travail.\n2) Au cours d'une journée type, vous devrez\nRéaliser le chiffrage des codes de déviation en fonction des besoins exprimés.\nCréer, mettre à jour et maintenir les codes de déviation ainsi que les algorithmes et tableurs associés.\nAssurer le suivi des projets afin de garantir la maintenance et l'évolution des codes et modules de déviation\nAccompagner les équipes dans la mise à jour des codes de déviation et des modules associés.\nParticiper aux actions d'amélioration continue des processus, outils et méthodes du service Technique Contrat.\nApporter un support technique aux équipes internes sur les problématiques liées aux déviations et à leur faisabilité.\nContribuer aux nouveaux projets de développement en collaboration avec les équipes concernées.\nAssurer un support auprès du Service Client pour l'orientation et la faisabilité technique des déviations.\nAccompagner et former les nouveaux collaborateurs sur les processus et outils du périmètre.\nGarantir la qualité et la cohérence de la codification des déviations dans l'ERP.\n3) Ce dont vous avez besoin pour réussir\nFormation & expérience\nBac+2 à Bac+3 en Conception de Produits Industriels, Génie Industriel, Électrotechnique ou domaine technique équivalent.\nUne expérience de 2 à 3 ans minimum en bureau d'études, en tant que technicien(ne) d'études ou dans un environnement industriel similaire.\nCompétences techniques\nBonne compréhension des environnements industriels et des processus de production.\nMaîtrise des outils bureautiques et particulièrement d'Excel, y compris VBA.\nConnaissance des outils de reporting et d'analyse de données (BO).\nMaîtrise d'un ERP de production, notamment BAAN2.\nCapacité à comprendre et gérer des données techniques complexes.\nAnglais technique de base.\nQualités personnelles\nRigueur et sens de l'organisation.\nCapacité à prioriser et à gérer plusieurs sujets simultanément\nEsprit d'analyse et de résolution de problèmes.\nAutonomie et sens des responsabilités.\nGoût du travail en équipe et du partage de connaissances.\nCuriosité et volonté de contribuer à l'amélioration continue des outils et processus.\nIf you live in a city, chances are we will give you a lift or play a role in keeping you moving every day.\nOtis is the world’s leading elevator and escalator manufacturing, installation, and service company.
