Vous effectuez des travaux de conception et réalisation d’éléments mécaniques uniques spécifiques à l’outil de production et d’amélioration\nAu cours d'une journée type, vous devrez\nAssurer l’affutage des outils de poinçonnage :\nParticiper au TPM opérateur pour analyser les outils à affuter\n\nAffuter les outils, être garant du poste de travail\n\nAssurer le suivi des outils de pliage\n\nRépertorier, suivre les évolutions des outils\n\nRéaliser le chiffrage et commande des outils ou autres pièces\n\nAssurer certaines tâches du 45E\nRéaliser des actions sans complexité d’amélioration ou de réparation\n\nReprise de pièces de production ou de maintenance\n\nSavoir pratiquer le meulage, le perçage, le sciage\n\nTracer les repères nécessaires à la réalisation de pièces simples\n\nCréation et mise au point de pièces spécifiques ou d’un poste de travail\n\nRéaliser des pièces pour les dépannages maintenance • Assister la fabrication dans le besoin de pièces spécifiques\n\nSavoir plier, souder, poinçonner à partir de plan défini\n\nParticiper à l’amélioration des équipements : Être force de proposition, que ce soit pour rendre l’équipement plus fiable ou pour diminuer les temps d’intervention maintenance\n\nAppliquer la politique EHS :\nRemonter les situations à risques\n\nParticiper à l’amélioration continue de son activité et la vie du service.\n\nÊtre acteur dans les démarches et outils à disposition (QCPD, Culture U, 5S, ...)\n\nParticiper au rangement de son environnement de travail.\n\nParticiper à la gestion administrative du service :\nMettre à jour les documents techniques\n\nMettre en place et tenir à jour les carnets de suivi des équipements.\n\nMettre à jour le stock magasin\n\nCe dont vous aurez besoin pour réussir :\nVous êtes titulaire d’un CAP, BAC PRO, BTS Tourneur fraiseur, métallier chaudronnier…\nConnaissances techniques : rectification, sciage, poinçonnage, pliage, soudure, ajustage, montage, tournage et fraisage\n\nBasiques d’électricité, pneumatique, hydraulique\n\nRéactivité\n\nErgonomie, sécurité\n\nHabilitation électrique Basse tension non-électricien\n\nCACES Pont roulant et chariot élévateur\n\nMaitrise des outils de la CAO (Conception Assistée par Ordinateur)\n\nQu’avons-nous à vous offrir ?\nNous vous offrons une fonction dans une entreprise internationale, mais avec une ambiance familiale.
