Será responsável por analisar fluxos produtivos, identificar oportunidades de ganho de eficiência, apoiar o desenvolvimento de layouts industriais e contribuir para o aumento da produtividade, qualidade e segurança das operações.\nAtuará em parceria com áreas como Produção, Qualidade, Engenharia e Manufatura, contribuindo para projetos de redução de custos e excelência operacional.\nPrincipais responsabilidades\nRealizar análises e mapeamento de processos produtivos.\n\nIdentificar e implementar oportunidades de melhoria contínua e redução de custos.\n\nApoiar estudos de capacidade produtiva e balanceamento de linhas de produção.\n\nDesenvolver e atualizar desenhos técnicos e layouts industriais em 2D e 3D.\n\nParticipar de projetos de melhoria utilizando metodologias Lean Manufacturing e Kaizen.\n\nAplicar ferramentas da qualidade para análise e solução de problemas.\n\nApoiar a definição e padronização de processos produtivos.\n\nContribuir para iniciativas relacionadas à produtividade, qualidade e segurança.\n\nRealizar programação CNC para processos de estampo e dobra.\n\nElaborar relatórios e acompanhar indicadores de desempenho da área.\n\nGarantir o cumprimento dos padrões de segurança, ética e qualidade da Otis.\n\nRequisitos\nCurso Técnico completo em Mecânica, Eletromecânica, Mecatrônica ou áreas correlatas.\n\nSuperior cursando ou concluído em Engenharia de Produção, Engenharia Mecânica ou áreas correlatas será considerado diferencial.\n\nExperiência prévia em ambiente industrial, processos produtivos ou projetos industriais.\n\nConhecimento em leitura e interpretação de desenhos técnicos.\n\nExperiência com desenvolvimento de desenhos e layouts em softwares CAD (AutoCAD ou similares).\n\nConhecimento em ferramentas da qualidade (5S, PDCA, Ishikawa, FMEA, Pareto e similares).\n\nConhecimento intermediário ou avançado do Pacote Office.\n\nConhecimento em metodologias de melhoria contínua, Lean Manufacturing e Kaizen.\n\nConhecimento em programação CNC para estampo e dobra.\n\nDiferenciais\nCertificações ou cursos em Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma ou áreas correlatas.\n\nInglês intermediário ou avançado.\n\nExperiência com softwares como AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Inventor ou similares.\n\nPerfil\nBoa capacidade analítica e resolução de problemas.\n\nOrganização e atenção aos detalhes.\n\nBoa comunicação e facilidade de trabalho em equipe.\n\nProatividade e senso de dono.\n\nPerfil questionador e orientado à melhoria contínua.\n\nCapacidade de atuar em ambiente dinâmico e com múltiplas demandas.\n\nPor que se juntar à Otis?\nVocê fará parte da empresa que mais move pessoas no mundo, contribuindo diretamente para a melhoria dos processos produtivos e para a excelência operacional da manufatura.
