You will transform complex health-system data into practical planning tools, outcome indicators, and performance insights that support better decisions and improved care across Ontario.\nHere is what you will be doing:\nDesign and deliver analyses of care processes, patient outcomes, population health, system capacity, and value-based costs.\nCreate innovative planning tools, indicators, dashboards, performance reports, advanced models, and other analytics products.\nLead the analytical lifecycle-from planning and data preparation through complex statistical analysis, documentation, interpretation, and reporting.\nAlign performance reporting, funding, planning, and policy with clinical best practices across the mental health care system.\nTranslate complex findings into clear briefings and presentations for executives, boards, the Ministry, Ontario Health, and funded partners.\nBuild trusted relationships and collaborate with stakeholders, staff, senior leaders, and multidisciplinary teams.\nHere is what you will need to be successful:\nEducation and Experience\nA graduate degree in a health system related field (e.g. clinical epidemiology, health services research, data science) or similar level of education and experience with the key areas of accountability\nMinimum 3-5 years of experience, healthcare environment is an asset\nExperience analyzing large data sets using tools such as SAS, R, Python, and Excel\nExperience leading and facilitating stakeholder engagement sessions\nExperience supporting large, complex initiatives, ideally at the provincial level\nExperience linking and managing large datasets, conducting clinical, financial, and population-based analyses\nExperience with Ontario’s healthcare data sets, including but not limited to DAD, NACRS, NRS, CCRS, OHIP, clinical registries, RPDB.
